Excellent Value

This is a perfect machine for the advanced home user, student, home theater setup or someone looking for a general high(ish) performance box. Oh, and if you are in need of a machine to run Photoshop... put down that iMac and buy this. For 1/3 the cost...

Bang for the buck- Every so often HP comes out with a box that wows you with it's price vs. performance; and this is certainly one of those machines. For a system at this price point you simply will not find a better deal. The specs alone hint at what...

The case is crowded and I question if the 400W PSU isn't holding the system back a little ; Extreme Gaming? No. The M9340f wasn't really built for that purpose, but it will satisfy the casual - moderate gamer. Maybe upgrading the case/PSU/Card could...

HP Pavilion Elite M9340F(KQ497AA) Core 2 Quad Q6700(2.66GHz) 6GB DDR2 750GB NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GS Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit

All the tv hook ups and other assorted multi-media ports can have uses but I think most people won't use them. When one sets the computer to "performance" mode it gets rather loud compared to "balance" or "power saver." That's personal choice though so...

The 6gb of ram really helps when using multiple apps, 2.66 quad core makes it really fast for a pre-built, and the 750gb hard drive has more than enough room. Worked great out of the box and have had no problems with Vista to date

I'm not a hardcore gamer but I do like to have good graphics. The graphic card that comes standard is a real letdown. If your competent enough with computers I would recommend customizing one or building one yourself. Also the motherboard doesn't have...

Decent Performance - Bad Support

No more HP for me.

A lot of options, 6GB of ram and large hard drive, nice case

HP tech support, can barely understand them (1ndia). 1 week after purchase the video card fan started making noise and after a.5 hours on the phone HP wants me to send the tower back to them instead of replace the card. Nice to have a new PC and then...

Awesome Purchase

Here's the Deal: for the money you cannot beat this system.  The specs are perfect for practical users and somewhat advance users.  Unless you edit movies for a living and host various websites this is your work horse.  I've had it for about 30 days -...

Horrendous Customer Support for an Otherwise Decent Machine

Being partial to Dells, I was a little apprehensive about purchasing an HP. I had my previous Dell for nearly 8 years - upgrading it when necessary - however it was time to put it out to pasture. The features on this machine were too good to pass up ...

Great features, everything a modern PC should have, especially if you edit graphics or video.

No support for issues that should have been resolved before the product was released.

Great deal for the money! Good customer support so far.

For the money, this system can't be beat. Good components, excellent specs, quiet, nice case with a non-slip top for my external BU drive. Built-in wireless and HDMI mean fewer cables hanging off the back. Best of all, after the rebate this is a...
