Easy to use and to set up. Simple interface and menu selections. Sleek design good IR range on the remote control

MKV file containers take to long to scroll through and at times it freezes up the media player.

Plays most files

It purports to support mkv files but it does not & that was one of the main reasons i purchased it ! Some files have no sound either. There are no updates for it either to fix this problem. Avoid like the plague & buy the WD Live instead as that does...

Plays virtually all formats in video and music

If you create folder option then the music and photo appear in the video folder and visa versa. There doesnt seem to be any further support for it from WD.Overpriced.

Easy to use, good looking (and minimal) and the output is amazing

Could really use a network port as lugging it and the power supply to the PC to load more content is a pain

Stores hundreds of movies, music, pictures and documents which you bring anywhere and plug into any tv, or transfer onto any computer.

The lead to connect media player to tv/laptop is very short (approx 25cm)

Very easy to load movies, music etc. onto the player via the USB2 socket, and just as easy to browse and play them using the HDMI TV input. The remote control is also very uncomplicated.

None that I have discovered so far
