My recommendation to ZyXEL: provide user with additional options to compress audio before transmission. Use algorithm similar to AAC. This would prevent the buffer failure issue. I have yet to contact the company, but I do plan to.

Product does what it is SPECed to do. Connects using various security settings, works great under vista x64 and 32. Easy to work with. Good software design. Provides an organized sensical design.

Performance and Buffer. Not sure why the company decided to go with 48khz sampling rate with uncompressed transmission without maintaining a decent buffer. I have tested it using WPA and WPA2, TKIP and AES, but not WEP. Maybe WEP or OPEN, the buffer works...

Emailed customer service, got no reply. Also emailed them several weeks ago about my missing mail-in-rebate, and never got a response. Will NEVER buy a Zyxel product again.

When it works, it's convenient. Offers DTS playability, which sounds nice with a good HT setup.
