The USB cables might be a bit hard for a novice to figure out. Other than that I can't really think of any bad things to say about this little box.
I primarily bought it because you can install it internally and still connect it via a standard external USB cable because in my Cooler Master Stacker 810 all the front USB ports were connected to the motherboard so I still wanted to mount one internally
This product is in general an all around awesome little device. I've had no problems with it reading Smartmedia and Compactflash cards of 128MB and 2GB, respectively. Brands I've used with it include Kingston, Sandisk, and a generic CompYouKnowWhat card.
None really. But it would be kind of nice if only the bays that currently had media in them would show up in "My Computer" as opposed to all the empty drives showing up at once, but if you name them it's no problem.
