Works as advertised!

By Doktor Jones (newegg.com)

To make things easier when connecting the cables, I just taped the two connectors together with all the colors paired up (so red is next to red, etc) and then plugged it into a vacant USB header on my mobo. Most USB headers have 9 pins; simply align the c...

I connected it to my motherboard using the included cables, and it works like it should. Vista detects the removable drives, and when I stick a card in it works the way you'd expect it to. The 3.5" form factor occupies what is otherwise a useless gap in m...

Matches black case very well. Internal and external installation options. Front USB port handy for memory sticks in the internal configuration (my installation). The drivers that show the distinct card icons in color when a card is inserted were actually

The first one had weird instability problems--restarts for no reason, and twice my PC entered sleep mode and there was no way to recover without turning off the power supply. Usually this happened as I was plugging in a card or USB memory stick, but the l...
