No issues

I have had other products fail or have one reader fail. So far everything I have plugged in has worked. I think it is a great value for the price.

Looks good in system, easy to install and use, labels help, no issues at all.

When it works it works, when it doesn't...

When the card reader was functioning, it worked well.

The reader didn't last very long. I'm going to be honest I only got the card reader for the SD slot. I bought it several months ago and it worked fine for a few months than the SD slot died. I went ahead and did an RMA to get it replaced. When it got...

works fine. WIN 8.1 compatible

I thought that I had to install drivers and got a message that they were not WIN 8.1 compatible. However, this card reader works fine without the drivers. Slots will only show up on My Computer when slot is occupied or if you go to Folder Options-View...

Solid, well built. Works fine and

drivers on website a little confusing

Lives up to expectations

I bought this card reader because of it's claim of being suited for heavy duty use in kiosks, and because of its clean, no-nonsense look. And it has proven to be durable, and just works. The speeds are pretty fast, too, but I don't remember the exact...

This card reader works great and looks great. Once the drivers from the AFT website are downloaded the drive icons match the colors on the faceplate.

If you don't have a space for a floppy drive you will need to buy an adapter to make the drive fit in the larger slots.

Best microSD Card Reader I've used

I've been using this card reader for two and a half years. I've used it in two different PC builds without any trouble at all. I'm in my mid 50's, so the color coded card slots help me know which slot to use without putting my glasses on. I've have...

microSD cards slide in easily and make positive contact every time; same with the SD reader slot.

Good construction

Works with Linux with no problem. I like that the card slots are machined well and you get a positive card insertion. Other readers I've had were a bit sloppy, you had to be careful to insert cards. Overall good design.

None that I can think of.

Card not detected after 5-months use

I wanted a reliable SD card reader to be able to perform computer backups. Problems started after having used this reader for 5 months. Now, the reader rarely realizes that a card is inserted. Eventually, the card gets detected after re-inserting it...

- Easy installation. - Multi-colored faceplate.

- Does not last for long.

Top Tier Card Reader

Designed very well, high quality component. Another example of getting what you pay for. This is one of the highest priced card readers and as it states is designed for kiosks which receive continous and daily use. I bought it for that very reason and...

As noted in other reviews, rather than identifying itself as one drive (D:, E:, F: etc...) this lists each reader as its own drive - thus giving you E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M, ETC... which to some could be annoying. I am fine with that issue but did want to...
