I bought this as a replacement for my digital camera since I had lost the cable that lets me connect it to the computer in order to get all that stuff out. Since then I had to use my fathers digital camera to do that but found it a bit of a nuisance havin...

Doesn't read my SDHC 8GB chips. Reads all SD chips I throw at it. The main reason I got it for was the SDHC. Tried it on XP Home, Pro and Ubuntu all with the latest service packs and updates

I bought this specifically to match the memory card in my Canon camera and have found myself using it for many other purposes. Fits just about everything and is a very convenient size.
