It is cheap and good for when you have little time and will do just good enough of a job. Won't cut those neck hairs.

It is washable and works wet

It does not shave very close, a razor will do a much better job as expected. The main problem is that it cannot handle longer hairs. If you haven't used the shaver in 3-4 days, forget it, use a razor
