Meh Does a good, I don't care shave

Good enough shave for work ; wet dry ; autoclean autodry ; hasn't lost sharpness yet

Have to touch up with straight razor depending on the situation ; take a while to get everywhere if your shaving and not paying attention, have to pull skin tight due to my fat face to get a good shave :) ; overpriced

Worth it

I have a heavy and solid beard growth to the point I could almost shave twice a day. I can not shave at night and expect to not shave in the morning so a shave has always been part of my morning routine. Since I shave both my head and face daily I was...

It's powerful and can cut through two days of stubble on Mondays just as easily as it does one days worth on Tuesdays. Feels nice in the hand and doesn't get uncomfortable after extended use. I'd have given it 5 eggs if it really was 100% a viable...

It's good but still not as close or as fast as a blade. I still have the same "trouble spots" as I did with a blade and there is no way I can shave in the 3 minutes used to calculate charge intervals in the manufacturer materials

Go with rotary shavers...

Go with rotary shavers...

I've owned this shaver for more than a year and I am quite disappointed with it's performance for the crazy amount of money I spent on it. I've owned rotary shavers (Norelco's, with the 3 round razors) and they worked amazingly well. Having read the...

No complaints so far

I don't understand why there are so many good reviews. My cousin used it after me and he complained about the same exact things. I returned it even though there is a %15 restocking fee. It is not worth the time and money.

So many good reviews ; water resistant ; looks cool

It doesn't help with irritation like it was advertised ; My neck hair was still there after going over it 5 times ; It cut me in several places even when I used it gently ; I had to shave with a razor after this to clean up the huge spots that it missed

Questionable Longevity

Questionable Longevity

This shaver works well but I'm not sure how long the LCD will last. After using a Norelco shaver for many years, I tried the ES8249K and it does provide a closer shave; I've actually nicked myself a couple of times on areas with very dry skin. I...

Panasonic ES8249K Arc IV Shaver

Should have stuck with razors. Reviews are good to read but not always true

Not so great

I thought this would save time but takes more time than a razor, doesn't get everything, you have to use razor to get what it misses

All the other good reviews must be fake

How is this still on the market if it doesn't even work it's like shamwow it works on the commercials but not when you get the product.

the flip up buzzer can cut your sideburns but can a $10 to $20 hair buzzer at walmart

This does not shave like a blade at all. it barely cuts hair at all I don't understand why there are so many good reviews saying that this is great and they will never use a blade they must be fake and/or paid to do it. this is not worth $150 maybe...

So good I had to review it for you

Well, it's been about a year now and I recently replaced the blades for the first time, more out of habit than need. I also just returned from a 10 day tour and didn't need to recharge it the entire trip. I carried the removable charging cord which...

This is the second Panasonic Razor I've owned. The first one lasted for years. I replaced the blades and foil a few times over the years, but when the battery life got shorter I decided to put my money toward an upgrade ; I remember thinking, "how much...

They don't advertise enough to help bring the cost down. Most people don't think of Panasonic when shopping for a razor. They need to fix that. Blades, foils and cleaner could be so much cheaper

Really Nice

Not a huge deal on the default for the cleaning station, but I like to discharge my batteries because I believe it extends the life. This razor is so nice my buddy comes over to my house to use it instead of buying his own.

This is the nicest electric I have ever used. It gets blade close with no irritation in half the time of my old Braun. I have a pretty thick beard and even if I don't shave for 3 days this razor busts right through. The self cleaning station is really...

Battery life could be a bit better. You lose about 10% per shave. Replacement parts (foil, cutting block) are a bit spendy. If you lose power for any reason the default setting for the cleaning station is charge

Panasonic Shaver

Panasonic Shaver

I have been a fan of Panasonic wet shavers now for years. Got this unit on Amazon at a great price. Almost cheaper to buy a new unit vs. replacement blades
