Philips Norelco Announces Deluxe ‘SensoTouch 3D’ Electric Razors

I bought what was purported to be the first electric shaver to use a lithium-ion battery, the Wahl Lithium Ion All in One Trimmer, for the sole reason that I wouldn't have to worry about the battery needing to be charged on the rare occasions that I...

REVIEW - The Philips SensoTouch 3D Shaver

I was recently offered the chance to review the Philips SensoTouch 3D shaver, and with an RRP of over £250 I had high hopes that this would be the ultimate guy's grooming gadget. I enlisted the help of my boyfriend James to trial the shaver over the...

If you do a job which requires you to be clean shaven all the day, then this electric shaver would be a great buy. Yes the price tag is pretty hefty, but shop around and you can get some good deals. John Lewis are currently selling the shaver for...

Philips Norelco 1290x/40 SensoTouch 3D

Philips Norelco 1290x/40 SensoTouch 3D is top of the line in the series of Senso Touch 3D line. While it has all the features the other models have to offer, the biggest difference is that this model isn't sold with the jet cleaning system and is made...

Philips SensoTouch 3D 1290X

The Philips SensoTouch 3D 1290X is a mid to high cost men\'s electric shaver. The main feature of this shaver that Philips promotes, as with the entire SensoTouch 3D line of men\'s shavers, is the heads.

Flexible heads do a good job of reaching all areas. Quite operation and quiet cleaning station. Very consistent shaving length (results will not be patchy).

Expensive replacement heads. Shave could be closer, not as close as a standard razor.

Product review: Philips SensoTouch 3D electric shaver

How close of a shave are you really getting? That\'s the question Philips is asking in the ever-growing arms race to better hug (but not tug) your most rugged feature. The new SensoTouch 3D electric shaver vows to give you your closest shave yet, with...

As a man who was always put off by the irritation of his father\'s hand-me-down electric shaver, the SensoTouch 3D was a revelation, coming through on all of its promises. However, how much you\'ll enjoy it will depend on the look you\'re sporting. I...

A bit pricey compared to other Philips shaver series.

GADGETS The Gizmodo Beard-Off: Philips SensoTouch 3D Vs Braun Series 7

I've never been a fan of electric razors. They tend to take longer than using a razor blade, they leave my skin all dried and irritated and they never do as good a job. But when, within the space of two weeks, I got sent the latest Braun Series 7 and a...

fter shaving both sides of my face, I could still see stray hairs on both sides, despite repeatedly trying to shave them off. But missed follicles aside, the winner was definitely the Philips. Overall it provided a smoother shaving experience, from the...

Close shave, works for both wet and dry shaves, use in the shower

Expensive, cleaning and power dock extra
