Amana AMC1070XB

If you are in the market for a functional compact microwave that offers a healthy range of basic cooking and reheating features, the Amana AMC1070XB is worth a look.

The thing just stopped heating food after less than a month. Now I'm going through the process of trying to get a replacement and it's less than accommodating.

Some friends moved into a studio apartment that has limited kitchen space. This microwave was just the right size for the counter-top, but still was large enough to fit their needs, as well as having all of the features that they required.

good product but unfortunately dimensions did not include allowance for plug, so didn't fit space

Good performance.! I find the beeping sounds a bit too loud, and the writing and numbers on the panel a bit too small. I wish the clock had larger, brighter numbers. Otherwise it has a pleasant simple design. Price was great.
