Works well and is very big (so take note of measurements!)It is beautiful in design and I love it. I bought it for my parents who so far have no complaints. Easy to set up and the keys are nice. The display is clear. It's great!

I use this product to defrost, and warm up food. It's not noisy and it heat and defrost food quickly. I can't really find anything that is a problem, at least not yet. My item is pretty new, but it's been making mama happy.
