I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THIS WHEN I FIRST GOT IT BUT AFTER USING IT FOR A FEW DAYS, I LUV,IT NO MORE DRIED OUT OVER COOKED FOOD THE DEFROST FEATURE IS GREAT.SO HAPPY I ORDERED IT.

I love the design of the microwave, and its stainless steel feature makes it easy to clean and not have residue marks. The pad is easy to press, and the interior is roomy for large plates.

I absolutyely love this microwave. it looks expensive and it matches perfectly with my stainless appliances. it's big but fit nicely in my pantry. but best of all it works fantastic. 2 minutes and the food is hot throughout. I LOVE IT
