DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE, IF AND WHEN IT GOES WRONG YOU HAVE TO SEND BACK TO GERMANY. ALSO VERY POOR QUALITY. DOOR DIDNT LINE UP AND MICROWAVE WILL ONLY WORK FOR ABOUT 2 MINS AND IT SWITCHES OFF.

Have had no problems. It is a little tall (door is a little wide) for most people, but luckily I am 5'8 so I can reach over the door and get the items in/out of the oven.
