I'VE HAD THIS UNIT ALMOST A YEAR, WHILE I DON'T USE IT FREQUENTLY, IT WORKS FINE IN BOTH MODES. IT GETS HOT TO THE TOUCH IN CONVECTION SETTING, BE CAREFUL.

I have had this microwave about a month it looks smart and is quiet when in use. It has many different features and options for cooking which are easy to understand and cooks food evenly. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend.

I actually ordered a white one, but was sent a black one. When I pointed this out, I was offered a very reasonable refund which I took. The unit is extremely handsome and works perfectly. It is a tad on the noisy side, but 5 stars nonetheless.

Make sure the tray will fit your microwave. I didn't, and ithe tray doesn't correctly sit on the rotator. The tray itself is well made, though.

About a month after purchasing it, the power modulator failed. Bosch pays for parts but not labor(a limited warranty). Seems too early a failure for a microwave at this price point. Have seen similar problems experienced by others.

One appliance, two functions, I love it! When counter space is at a minimum, it's nice to have only one appliance sitting on the counter. I won't buy any other microwave except this model. I hope Daewoo never stop making it.
