I like the cooking levels on it. Set your level of cook time and, no worries it will not overcook or undercook. And it is easy to keep clean. Love the price I got for it.

Bought this model 2 weeks ago , the outer skin vibrates making a loud noise and when opening and closing the door the microwave skids all over the worktop as it has 2 plastic feet and 2 metal feet.

Agree w/OP on several points. Previous DeLonghi's were higher end. Hard to clean interior. But it is BIG inside, and toasts/bakes very evenly. And the outside is black, which is easier to keep clean than the white or stainless steel ones.
