Great Upgrade

 

We purchased the oven to complete our suite of Gallery kitchen appliances. Installation was problem free. Simple to operate. Convection feature is great for baking. Easy to clean.

controls easy to operate as well as adjustment for oven temp, do't particularly care for the adjustable (half) racks. bAKES EVENLY AND LOOKS GOOD.

Poor heating element design

 

The heating element is underneath the oven bottom, so all spill-overs burn during the baking process and then the baked item tastes burnt. It is very frustrating to clean the oven each time you use it.

Replacement Oven

 

Thoroughly enjoying the new oven. Smart looking, all functions work exactly as advertised! Strong feature is the smooth bottom of the oven instead of the old heating elements. Makes it super easy to clean minor spills and drops.
