The one thing I don't like is that there is considerable heat coming from one side of the microwave. It makes me worry about any possible "rays," as well. Otherwise, it is a good product. (We have had it only 3 weeks, so don't know yet about repairs.)

This microwave is incredible! Even, fast cooking and I find it very quiet. The stainless was a little bit more than the basic black and white but worth it. ABT has the best prices too!

Over all we are very pleased with this microwave oven.(Almost identical to our old one) We would have prefered the SS to be brushed not shiney like the one it replaced, hard to stay clean. Also the door does not shut well the top portion does not catch...
