GE 24" Over the Counter Microwave JEM31

We bought this model 23 years ago and it's still works like it's new.

The microwave arrived on time. It was much easier to install that I had expected. Basically there were four mounting screws. Since then we have used the microwave for reheating and making popcorn. It just performs the tasks as expected.

[...]It's only a month since we've used it and the microwave is already showing signs of damage. The mess inside is getting overheated and literally burned. I would like to exchange the product.

I am very happy with the microwaves, it works well, it is small but contains a lot.
