I have just ordered a second one after the first had the rotor that turns the turntable break after 6 years like another reviewer did. The part to fix it was under $20 but involved labor I couldn't/wouldn't do as a DYI project. I have loved this oven...

Looks and works great. User friendly. I would like to be able to just push start after setting the time, seems the extra step of pushing in th button is unnecessary.

We've had this oven for a few years and it is really nice, EXCEPT... the light burned out. After looking at the manual AND contacting GE, we've learned that only a technician can replace the light bulb. How ridiculous! What an unfortunate design flaw!

Great microwave with tons of features. Looks style and modern.

We selected this product because it's similar to our old Oven. Our old oven's rotor gave up the ghost after 6 years of use, but we decided the comparable featues and physical make up made it the choice. It was a GE Profile just as this one is.

The microwave in our 10 year home quit working and was not repairable,it was a G E that they no longe make, it appeared to be a built in but was actually a counter top with a trim kit, after some research Home Depot was able to order this oven which...

After several tries, this was the only brand that fit my existing space. Would have liked to get a different brand because my previous spacemaker had several problems even though they were fixed under warranty.

I am so glad that the rep at our store suggested this item as an option for us. I hadn't really thought of the combo since I hadn't purchased a microwave in 27 yrs. Since it had done well by us, we had another brand in mind; but we started looking...

My first model 1860 lasted about 13 months when it broke down. GE said 'sorry, your warranty is 12 mos., period.

Love this oven! I can do everything with it and quickly. I especially enjoy the combination feature. I was afraid it would be complicated to operate, but it is surprisingly easy...press a button, turn the dial and hit start. No more heating a big oven...
