The instore display had a tray/shelf but this was not included when we received ; The clock is not 24 hours ; The timer commences DURING setting, hence loss of the odd seconds here and there

Very light weight - tends to slide away when you try to press "Stop/cancel" You must aways use the handle to open and shut the door or you are liable to catch the pad of your finger in the joint between it and the casing. Disappointed in the over all...

inside is big but make sure you have a big bench as the whole thing is quite large

smart, modern looking, simple enough to use, smaller than the sizing on website, so fit into our kitchen

be aware its suposed to have 30cm clearance above it for air o circulate, so not great if puting it on a built in shelf , its 800w not 900w

It looks good in my kitchen ; My teenagers can use it with ease ; Easy to clean

A very very minor point is that the door closes properly but it is ever so slightly slightly not quite on level with the frame, which just spoils the line a little bit

As microwaves go, this is pretty good. The higher wattage swung it for me

Dark interior makes seeing what's cooking difficult for me. My vision isn't that great
