Maytag 30" 1.8 cu. ft. Microhood Combination Microwave Oven

This compactor is wonderful!! We knew we could not live without a compactor, since we had had one for so many years. This one is perfect! It's operation is quiet and efficient. Much nicer than the one we had before!

Microwave door latch broke on first use. The cheap plastic door latch came off - flawed design, in my opinion.

We bought this item for a second home. I have only used it about 4-5 times so far, and it is a nice unit. It appears to be well built and solid.

It works well and uses standard compactor bags from Costco. The odor contol seems to work.
