Broke down after 4 months of use. Poorest excuse of service I've seen

I won't buy Panasonic ever again, not for me nor for the companies I work for.

My other thoughts: UPS is not what it once was. Tracking information was totally confusing. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, (according to their web site tracker) and I waited for it all afternoon and it never showed up. Their tracker was...

I put it through the paces", tried all temperature settings and it came through like a champ. I like that it keeps heating at lower temperature settings instead of the on and off like my old microwave did

Exhaust fan is a little loud but not to the point it disturbed me in any way. Exhaust does produce more heat than a regular microwave
