Has some durability issues

As another review has stated, Panasonic warranty service leaves something to be desired. We've had the NN-S262SF for just over three years now. About two weeks after installing it, on Thanksgiving Day, we put a bowl of Broccoli in it to keep warm. ...

Works great, defrosts well, control pad makes good logical sense.

Looks good. Has many functions I barely ever use.

Door is loud. Power output is very inconsistent Panasonic customer service is disappointment. warranty sacks.
