Died in two years

Not worth the money. Find a better microwave and save yourself a headache.

Simple to operate

Keypad cover started to separate almost as soon as we go it. Two years from date of manufacture the carousel bearings started to growl

I only had this microwave oven for 8-9 months and it broke down. So I was forced to call Panasonic customer service. They take bad customer service to a whole new level. After wasting my time with automatic answering devices, cutting me off...

Reliable powerful microwave

We had a previous model of this microwave,and bought this to replace it as we had worn it out. The Panasonic heats food well and is easy to use. I would recommend wiping it dry after use.
