this phone is joke, tried to port my metro number over phone and in store and ended up having to return phone as they couldnt connect it to the network. Contacted bestbuy for help and they really didnt want to help me either. A joke.

My daughter and I had these for our first Metro-PCS phones. We had switched from AT&T contract phones and were new to the pre-paid side of things. We hadn't ever had smart phones and felt overwhelmed with those but these seemed like a nice intermediary...
