Just change to this brand. Love it easy to use, although my daughter lost the leaflet straight on. can see through your cooking only at night. Dawn side very noisy.

Excellent product, does exactly what it should with no problems

Got this for my mum...she was well impressed with its looks and ease of use. I'm getting one for my own house now. Hard to beat Samsung!

Nice looking microwave and powerful but seems a bit flimsy as its all plastic and our other one was brushed steel... Still nice tho!
