Don't Buy This Microwave

 

Lame Samsung warranty customer service and faulty product. Should have known due to it's cheap price. Tech said it was about to catch fire so it was good that we fixed it right away. I don't expect to have to deal with this when buying a brand new ......

Matches the stove, inexpensive. Looks good

Started making a loud buzzing noise a few days after I paid $150 to have it installed. Even though under warranty, Samsung techs wanted another $50 to take it out to fix it after diagnosing it as a bad transformer

I would not recommend this to a friend

 

The display doesn't come on and we tried unplugging it for a few hours and plugging it back in as someone suggested. It is unbelievable that a microwave lasted only 1 month past a 12-month warranty. I will not buy this brand again. The microwave...

Had this microwave delivered and installed twice, both times the microwave stopped working the day it was installed. Insane! Had to return the second one & pick out a different unit, obviously something is wrong with these?? I don't know why they...

Get error -SE- after a month of use

 

We like it but is got a -SE- error after a month, so we really couldn't see all it did. Looked online and a lot of others are getting the same error. Went to Best Buy and even in the store theirs had the error.About me... avid cook, small family

I REALLY wanted this microwave as we have a convection Micro in our vacation home. Unfortunately it only lasted 5 days before it started getting error codes. The only way to remove the error code is to climb up and unplug, wait 30 seconds and plug it...
