I think this microwave cooks, as a microwave, just fine. I don't try to have it do anything else. My complaints about it are its increment button which does 30 seconds until you reach 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then goes to minute increments, and so...

Bought this for my sister for Christmas and it broke within a month. Completely unusable. Very expensive, worthless, counter-space hog. Great in theory, but not in practice... at least not this specific one I purchased. Maybe I got a dud.

Worked OK for a year them one morning it was dead. Not a long life and not worth repairing. \nGrill never worked that great either. So ended uo using my toaster oven instead.

We got this as a gift. It worked just under one year. We called Sanyo for some customer service but their "service" was a joke. I asked if maybe there was a setting we accidentally triggered or a reason it wasn't heating, if they knew anything - nope!...

Oven brand new out of the box didn't work. Not sure Sanyo even tests these before shipping them. Upon closing the door, the oven would run continuously but not actually microwave; just the fan and light. Avoid.

I purchased this in April of 2007 from Best Buy for 89.99 and in June of 2008 it went up. Saved the box but nobody will give me a refund since it has been just over a year. The only thing I liked about it was the way it looked. Do not buy this junk!...
