I ordered this because it was on sale at Amazon but would have been pleased with it at full price. It's easy to use has a great capacity and looks very good in black. I am extremely pleased with this.

I am returning this microwave to Amazon for refund. Although it appeared to be ok the convection oven does not reach the temperature set i.e. When set to 240 C it actually reaches only 150 C max as verified with a reliable stand alone oven thermometer.

I bought a Sanyo combi microwave, as my old one had given good service. It promised to be perfect - apart from the fact that the convection oven just did not reach target temperature (for any temperature) it would have been great. Amazon duly helped...

This is a good oven, that does all it says it does and can be used for cooking complete meals, not just heating up things. Makes a bit more noise than our old one, but this is more powerful so maybe that is why.
