Sharp 21" Counter Top Microwave R820

For me this microwave has no redeeming qualities other than it looks good. When set on popcorn, it never popped. I had to set it for 5 minutes or longer to pop any. It does not defrost evenly. My old inexpensive microwave out performed this one.
