Although the microwave oven worked and heated as described, it had an additional noise other than the normal motor sound. it sounded a bit clockwork as if cogs were not quite engaging properly. This lasted for about the first 2 minutes each time I used...

Fairly satisfied

I had my previous Sharp microwave for 9 years during which time it gave great service. The one I have just bought is not quite up to the standard of the previous machine but serves the purpose. The main downside is the plate comes off the turntable on...

Great capacity without taking up too much bench space, clear display and buttons (easy to read), repeated beep if you don't get round to taking the food out at end of cooking time is simultaneously annoying and helpful

It is irritating to not be able to put exact times in (only multiples of 10 seconds, 1 minute and 10 minutes. This means that 5 minutes 30 seconds requires 8 button presses instead of the 3 with a number entry and that less than 10 seconds or anything...

Sharp microwave oven

An excellent buy. I have come to trust the Sharp name in my kitchen gadgets. Had a beautiful oven which I have replaced with this one. Am very pleased and so is the family. Beautiful colour as well.
