Just purchased this and have used it a few times. Went to heat lunch today and the food was completely uncooked. Tried heating a cup of water and after 2 minutes the water was as cold as when it went in. Will never purchase another Sunbeam product again.

Poorly designed product. Base plate of microwave rarely stays in place. Never had similar issues with other microwaves. I would recommend buying other products.

It's been about two months now, the microwave works perfectly for all of my needs. From warming up left overs to defrosting frozen meat, def. a good buy.

My Sunbeam is perfect! The interior is large enough to accommodate a standard plate and then of course a bowl or cup. And the microwave is small and light enough for me to lift it and place on top of refrigerator. I have no complaints. Love the item!
