my first tester

This tester saved me from purchasing a replacement modular power supply at a considerably higher cost than this little unit. I had thought my problems were caused by an erratic power supply, but the issues lay elsewhere after all. Even though I paid...

Easy to understand despite little in the way of instructions. Still, how much instruction do you need to plug stuff in and stare at an LED screen? Feels solid, a little bigger and weightier than I would have guessed - that to me is a good thing

None really. Again, the instructions seemed a little brief for someone like me who has never used a tester before. But its my issue, not the company's

A must for your geek toolbox

Work just as it should, quickly identify most psu problems

the 20/24pins connector could be easier to plug... No digital reads from sata/molex connectors. will sometimes detect cheap PSUs (even brand new) as defect/erratic... but in those case the tester is probably right

Works well

Plugged in cables and got an easy readout of the PSU's performance. Can't complain too much about that

I was worried when the PSU that I suspected was dead didn't do anything when the tester was plugged in. Turns out it was just a completely fried PSU so it didn't light up or do anything. On a fresh PSU, it was simple and worked just fine

gotta love it

works like a charm. with this sweety I cleared out the box 'o' power supplies sitting on the shelf in half an hour. a couple of ones I thought good were fluctuating all over. worth the money

manual could be better
