This is great for making one mug of coffee first thing in the morning before work. Usually I wouldn't bother as my other cafetiere is too big to make just one mug of coffee and as I don't drink a lot of coffee most of it would be wasted.

I ordered this after quite a search for small cafetiere that had some style and that did not cost too much. This looks good on the table and stays warm much longer than the glass ones. Washes well in the dish washer. Would recommend.

This item is completely stainless steel and subsequently no possible glass breakage involved at all. It's double "skin" keeps the coffee hot and it is well balanced and doesn't drip when pouring. A very well made cafetiere that looks good too!
