Netflix and Pandora only work with HDMI

This limitation was not evident from the description or packaging.

Connected to wifi painlessly and downloaded a firmware update immediately

The composite output is basically useless, since it turns off if you try to connect to Netflix or Pandora. I guess this is some kind of moronic copy-protection scheme
