Great phone system - upset it's discontinued!!!

I've read several of the other 'reviews' on this site - and I have to say that these people must be 'out there' when it comes to phone systems!!! I've owned the Panasonic KX-TG4000 system for 2-3 years now, and with the exception of one handset that ...

Tons of features including 4 line, independent voice messaging, call transfer, caller ID, great reception.

Interference with high power microwave devices, product discontinued. High price but good value.

Great Concept - Very Poor Execution and Service

I had the 2-line version of this and loved it. Answering machine features, wireless, all in one package was great. The 4-line version is a disaster. The wireless sound is garbled, features disappear unexpectedly from wireless handsets, e.g., caller id ...

Great features -- too bad they don't work.

Terrible handset reception, sound and range exceeded only by poor service.

Everything you want...but wait

After being the proud owner of almost every multi-line, multi-handset cordless telephone on the market, this is the one I am unfortunately stuck with for now. Features..it's chock full of 'em. I have enjoyed the overall experience of usage. I bought ...

Best sound, most intuitive system for conferencing and transferring calls. Acceptable battery life and range.

Keypad life questionable at best.

This phone is a detriment to your health

This phone may be great but I would not know it because as soon as I installed it I started getting a throbbing headache which soonafter turned into an excruciating migraine, I didn't think the phone was the cause of it until hours later, I unplugged...

It would have had all the features I needed.

It caused instant migraines to me and anyone I tried it on.

Feature packed for business

Before we moved to our new location, I was given the task of researching a new phone system. We needed a system that had similar features to our existing system, but we wanted voicemail and and a system which would allow us to have a few cordless...

High value, has many features only found in expensive KSU phone systems.

Lacks hands-free intercom, cannot transfer a call directly to voicemail.

KX-TG4000B 2.4GHz 4-line cordless Phone

This is really a very fine unit. The sound quality is excellent. The range reaches most parts of our factory, and so we use the system as an intercom as well a telephone system.

Excellent sound quality, satisfactory range.Great features - transfer phone to phone, separate mailboxes,.

For our needs, none. Possible a little expensive, but otherwise no problems.

So SO

My review of this product is mixed. I like the features that it has.The problem that I have is that when you place someone on hold for 30 seconds, you get a very loud tone in your ear and from the base unit. Every 5 seconds after the thirty you...

Almost perfect

This could have been a great phone with just a few more options. It is well designed, the cordless handsets are excellent, especially for 4 lines. The headset option is great. The buttons are large, and easy to use. The speakerphone is loud and clear....

Excellent Design with expandable handsree sets

Somewhat expensive and missing obvious features

Bad cordless phone, lacks some features

I have owned this phone for about 2 years and 3 months. The biggest problem with this phone is the handsets. I have 5 cordless handsets. On 4 of the handsets the number 1 has stopped working and it is virtually impossible to dail any phone number ...
