time will tell but would be shocked if it could not handle hand mixing, it's plenty strong enough to take it for quite awhile

Crock Pot cooks great. Love the probe cooking. Love how the temperature set on warm stays high enough not to worry about food contamination

Great for family's of four

 

The base is somewhat large so you may need to add extra liquid to cover your protein to prevent drying out.

Slow and High cooks everything like a champion. You literally need zero cooking experience to operate this. Around eight hours on low is enough to thoroughly cook most proteins

Tired of overcooked slow cooker food?

 

I really like it, and recommend it, I've owned a half dozen crock pots over the years, like this one the best so far. What's not to like? It's a crock pot with a digital display :)

This unit is pretty slick, it has 3 modes: Manual, Automatic, and Probe ; Manual has High and low settings, no timer ; Automatic has a timer mode, set it to cook for a specific lenght of time, and it switches to "warm" after the timer runs out ; Probe...
