I bought it to make smoothies. When I get it, I found that I need to crash the ice before putting into it, but I don't have a food processor to make crashed ice.If I had a food processor I won't need to buy it... How ionic...

we use ours all the time..i wanted something that was easy and quick to make smoothies in and this is perfect..it makes the right size and its so easy to clean..ive not use mine for food yet but i do love it to make drinks and smoothies in..well priced...

Easy to take on the road or use at home to blend meal-replacement shakes & smoothies. Much less expensive than others I might have purchased and just as good.

Like the other reviewer it was a gift. Worked great for about 2 weeks, loved it actually, more than i thought i would. But then the plastic overheated and wore away the blender base so now it wont turn the blades. It's a piece of junk not work the box...
