This product is very loud, it makes more noise than it does blending. The "Crush Master" is awful for ice, it leaves bug chunks and cant even blend bananas well. I would not recommend this product.

Parts are not readily available and from the other reviews it looks like the black PLASTIC gear that engages the blades is indeed a design flaw, mine also disintegrated and the doesnt seem to be a replacement part available - bummer!
