When grinding flaked almonds in the universal cutter, the blade melted onto the container and is now useless.

Got this to replace my very old Braun stick blender. Love this. Not too heavy or unwieldy. Chopping bowl has anti-slip base which is handy. Quiet and efficient. Super.

Excellent gadget for preparing my baby's food. Have yet to use the ice crusher but will look forward to making cocktails!

First the good part. The motor part is really well designed and even has a variable speed control on the top. Now the bad the lid for the chopping unit cannot be washed without getting water trapped in it.

I've been using that thing for more than five years almost every day to cook everything from scrambled eggs to complex pastries. I've recently moved to UK and I'm glad I've found it here.
