The original knife insert got broken chopping nuts, this replacement is exactly what it is, a direct replacement. Received within a couple of days of ordering. Just like new!

I took a chance and ordered this for my Braun MR 550 HC and it is the correct knife. All the previous reviews mention only the 400/500 range. Good product,works well.
