Cheaply made. Took forever to make a milkshake and still had clumps of ice cream in the shake. Definitely do not recommend. Amazon needs to remove this product from their web site.

This is a complete waste of money. Won't even stir a pan of beans or simmer soup. I would send it back it there was an option to do so. Buy a wooden spoon - far more reliable.

I've owned this blender for 2 months now and it works quite well. I make lots of smoothies with it. I use frozen fruit and ice and it crushes it quite well. The pitcher part is plastic and it comes with a pour spout and plug.
