Always had KC. Disappointed with K.mix.

t Kmix for 40th BDay. Huge expense for inferior product. Coating comes off attachments and black residue ends up in food. Had to throw out food. Does not reach edges when creaming butter and sugar like chef did. Decal markings canned off around knob b...

RELIABLE OLD GIRL

I have had my Kenwood Chef for 35 years. I use it every other day, mostly for kneading my sourdough. It is noisy but I don't mind because it's part of the appeal, really. I recently bought an after-market, stainless steel bowl which is useful. What can...

Similar fate

I too have had a kenwood chef for more years than I can recall, and today it gave up the ghost. I am looking to buy a KM 300 but was wondering if anyone could tell me if the attachments are interchangeable from the Kenwood Excel which is what I had....

Love my Kenwood Chef.

ional attachment like I do with the old one so I have decided to have her repaired and will be giving either this one or the old one to my daughter. Hoping to get another 17 years or more from both machines. I think the new machine is a bit louder than...

Secondhand and fabulous

eve this model came out around 2004. So far so good. The motor purrs. I enjoy cooking and this old girl is lovely to use and so very quiet! Actually I love it. Good cooking tools are a necessity.

I like everything about this KM 300 Kenwood Chef

It needed new rubber feet, purchased 5 for $10.

Old age

I was given a kenwood chef for my 21st birthday. I am now 62. I love it and it is still going strong. Never had any problems and I just want to say good job Kenwood. It does all the jobs I ask and it makes the most lovely Xmas cakes of which one is...

Very reliable and can do anything.

None yet after 40 years.

Kenwood Mixers - Black Aluminium Residue

Although Kenwood mixers are excellent long lasting machines, the K-Beater & Ballon Whisks & Dough H are a problem. If you don't know any better & put them in the dishwasher it breaks down the aluminium and a lot black residue comes off. Aluminium is...

Excellent

I use my Chef nearly every day and husband uses it to make an easy cake recipe for the Grand Children. We have the mincing attachment as well and when steak is cheap we buy make our own mince.

The greatest machine invented I have been using one for forty years this is my second as first was left at business we had. Fantastic for creaming butter and sugar, making pastry and whisking egg whites.

Means I have no excuse for not cooking.

Been wanting one for ever - my mum had one!

My mum had one so have grown up with one being used for everything and all the attachments are just what u need when u have a busy family life. Makes life a lot easier and healthier and fun making your own food.

With attachments is just what the cooks of the house needs. Not heavy and not noisy like they used to be.

Best Mixer!

My mum had a Kenwood mixer ever since I could remember and it is still working perfectly after 30+ years so when I moved out I bought the Kenwood Chef KM300 and couldn't be happier with it! I haven't bought any additional attachments to it but it's an...
