I bought this item at a good price as my wife has been looking for one for ages. She used it once and found loads of shards of glass came off of the bottom of the bowl. This has been reported to JL three times and still haven't had a replacement sent....

This was a gift to hubby as he likes cooking. Very sturdy and quite heavy. Very good price compared to other stores and very good delivery service From JL. Daughter dropped hints she would like one so purchased another one For Christmas gift.

I was going to go for a cheaper version as I don't make cakes very often but decided to buy this middle of the range. I'm glad I did as the machine feels substantial and good quality. It doesn't move around on the worktop when using and it looks nice...

This is my second Kenwood mixer and if it is as good as the first it will please me very much. It looks beautiful on my butchers block.

This is the best mixer I ever had. It is very heavy, but that's good as it is not vibrating or shaking when mixing dough or heavier mixtures. All cakes and doughs are always perfect. This is the cheaper (and better) alternative to a KitchenAid mixer...

it's a good piece of kit. powerful, so great for home baking.

I suspect 75% of users use mixers for beating butter and sugar etc so why no creaming beater is included is a poor show I now have the palaver of finding and ordering a beater. Otherwise 5 stars.
