pasta roller jammed

I have had the pasta roller for about 5 years but probably have only used it about 4 times. The fifth time the knob that controls the thickness jammed and I cannot use it unless I remove it from the kitchenaid mixer and use a pair of pliers to twist...

If you like to make your own pasta

This is the best purchase you can make if you make your own pasta. It's easy to use. Definitely a keeper.

Making Perogies Is Now Simple!

For holidays and special occasions, I make perogies (half moon pasta filled with potato cheese or sauerkraut, or fruit filling). It is time consuming and half the time I never get the dough thin enough. I bought this and WOW, I wish I had bought it...

Way Better Than A Hand Crank

This pasta roller is well made and easy to use. Way better than a hand crank. One does not need cutting attachments. Just a sharp knife.

Love it

Be careful about cleaning... we have had 2 seize on us (in 30 years) because they were submersed in water.

The wife loves it

The wife loves it. It does a great job for her on her fondant. We have not used it for noodles yet but can't wait.

Keep roller absolutely clean

This comes with a cleaning brush, The roller works great as long as the dough you put in is NOT sticky. This KA roller attachment is preferred over the stand alone motorized Italian pasta rollers/maker by well known cake decorator, Nicholas Lodge in...
