Bought as Shower gift

I bought this for a bridal shower and the bride-to-be registered for a smaller tilt-back KA Mixer at an upscale department store. I saw this model, which is constructed of metal parts, has a larger bowl and more powerful motor for the same price as...

Kitchen Workhorse

This KA mixer has the strength and power to knead stiff dough. The variable speeds really cover the range you'll need from mixing ingredients to whipping cream.

capacity, quality

doesn't scrape sides, difficult to add ingredients while in use

Super long lasting

I have had my stand mixer for almost 20 years, now. Never had a single problem with it! Although now the coating on the flat beater is starting to wear off - but who thought it would last 20 years anyway!

The best

I have had other mixers and they were nothing compared to my Kitchenaid. I make cookies with cubed margarine straight from the frig and my mixer beats it up with no problem. I do this because I forget to take the margarine out of the frig beforehand.

TIMELESS BRAND

I HAVE BEEN A PROUD OWNER OF A KITCHEN AIDE MIXER SINCE THE EARLY 70'S. I REPLACED MY ORIGINAL WITH THIS ONE AS I WANTED MORE POWER AND FOR THE APPEARENCE. KITCHEN AIDE REMAINS THE TOP BRAND IN MY OPINION

Handles it All

The best mixer ever! Can handle any mixing job you have. I use it for everything; but most often for stiff cookie doughs and pizza dough. Takes the drudgery out of baking and leaves you with the fun.

You get what you pay for

I have several KitchenAid products, the mixer, coffee bean grinder and a SS pot and pan set. It is hard to beat KitchenAid quality. This guy cranks out great cookie dough, mashed potatoes, whipped cream, you name it.

Couldn't get by without it!

As I have gotten older (dare I admit it!) my hands have lost a lot of their strength. At Christmas I have always made Scottish shortbread cookies for family and to take to work. These cookies are dry ingredients and firm butter has to be worked into...
