I had just returned my machine for another one because it locks up after making only one batch of drinks. The shave only doesn't work at all! It worked the first time and will only blend the second time. No shaving of ice. How do i get this to stop!...

This is pretty cool for parties! Otherwise, you would have to be a big old alchol fiend to get it for home use. the blender jar is very large and makes a great deal. function: it works great. does what it is supposed to, takes you to a beach!

This is hands down the best toy I have ever purchased for myself. Smoothies, Margaritas, whatever, it makes drinks of the perfect consistency - just like you get in the fanciest restaurant. Love it!

The machine itself is fine. However, I am very disappointed that I did not get the "Changes in Latitude Party Planner" which was supposed to be inside the box. I want this item but do not know who to contact about getting it.
