I like the machine. I have not used the expensive ones so no compaisons, but for the price I recommend it.Makes green drinks just greatPros:Makes thick green drinks wellCons:Could be a little more durable with parts, but thats OK

I recommend the Smoothie Elite, if its something you're looking for.Bit smaller than a blender, less uses, but fun.Pros:Cleans up easy, Easy to work, great for watching weight and extra nutrition.Cons:Dispenser valve not dispensing well....

Must have for cocoa drinkers!

I drink cocoa almost every day in the winter and never would have thought I needed a machine to make it -- until I tried this machine. It makes perfect cocoa, nice and smooth and so much better than my old method of heating in the microwave.

Excellent Product !!!

I was hesitant to buy this item because of some bad reviews, but I'm glad I did order it. It works just fine and is plenty hot enough for my tastes. Much hotter and it will scorch your tongue. It does not leak unless I over fill it. It's plenty hot...

LOVE IT..BUT HAS A DOWN SIDE

I pretty much can't live without my morning mocha i make in this machine. I use it every single day! and it makes the best hot cocoa for my kids...the down side...it only has a life expectancy of about 3 months. apparently, they're phasing these out...
