I like this dehydrator as it dries evenly without switching out trays. I especially like the heating/air unit on top because it keeps the juices from gumming up the machinery. Can't wait to try to make jerky!

I can't believe it took me so long to get one of these. I have only used it for jerky so far but that's essentially why I wanted it. I'm in jerky heaven and I know exactly what's in mine. I overlap the meat a little and it still works perfectly fine....
