I hate this thing!

After starting an in-home cake business, I needed a new mixer. I was using my friend's Artisan Mixer, and I loved it. My husband purchased this one for me for Christmas--thinking it would be even better. I was so excited...until I used it.

Color is pretty

Not user friendly, not dishwasher safe, loud

Very un-happy

I am a Italian trained Chef and Pastry Chef, and after re-doing my second Kitchen in the basement I had decided to purchase a good mixer. After shopping for a while, I had decided to go with this model instead of the Bosh.

Color, Look

Does not mix bread nor any other dough with the dough hoke
